Policies

FOR AUTHORS & ATTENDEES:

  • To be published in the IEEE ACTS 2020 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.

  • The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.

  • One full registration (not student registration) will cover maximum of two papers.

  • Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

  • Registration Fee includes: registration kit, high tea, conference lunch, networking dinner, site seeing, and pass to attend all the sessions of the conference.

  • Receipt of the Registration Fee will be provided with the Registration Kit to the registered authors only.

  • The length of the paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (including references). Each paper must be in PDF format, written in English. The acceptable IEEE format is available at: paper format

  • Children are not permitted entry into session rooms. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Session Rooms.

  • Certificates will be handed over to the presenters during their session. Awards and Participation Certificate (for participants only) will be distributed during the valedictory session of the conference.

  • You are requested to send the payment details to acts2020@ece.nits.ac.in after successful payment.

  • Your support and compliance are greatly appreciated. Registration Desk will be pro-active for any help.
